Claire has a wealth of experience of unionised environments, EDI and wider cultural issues and dealing with Directors, Trustee Boards and Governing Bodies.

Claire was previously a HR Consultants prior to qualifying as a Solicitor. Claire has acted for trade unions and employers, and understands the importance of having technical and practical knowledge for employers and individuals.
