Throughout her career spanning over 19 years in family law, Victoria has amassed extensive experience in advising business owners on safeguarding their enterprises during divorce proceedings and minimising disruption to their business.
Victoria has a keen interest in agriculture and farming, particularly when intervenors are involved in connection with assets within matrimonial finance. Additionally, she has represented sports stars, company CEO’s and directors, assisting them in safeguarding their wealth.

Experience
After a previous career with HMRC, Victoria started her legal career with a medium sized firm in Cardiff in 2005. Upon qualification, she embarked upon a career which allowed her to obtain experience in all aspects of Family Law, before setting up her own firm in 2010. For the last 12 years she has run her own Family Law Firm, before it was acquired by a Top 70 Law Firm in 2022. She was then appointed as a partner with Stowe Family Law in 2022 before heading up the family department with Hugh James in 2023.

Victoria is a member of the Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel Firm and was Shortlisted for the Lexis Nexis Family Law Awards (Midlands and Wales 2020).
