Louise is a senior associate in our serious injuries team representing claimants with traumatic brain injuries. Louise joined Hugh James in 2023. Louise’ cases are often complex, can involve disputed liability and involve significant damages. She has a proven track record of securing rehabilitation, therapies, interim payments and support for her clients as well as significant compensation for her clients.

Louise prides herself on having a warm rapport with her clients, their families, and ensures a strong legal team are built around them including highly regarded medical experts and barristers. She is committed to ensuring that they are fully supported and advised throughout the claim and what is likely to be the most distressing times in their lives.

Louise has experience bringing explains against insurance companies, the Motor Insurance Bureau (in both their untraced and uninsured schemes) and the CICA.
