• Advised a contractor on its £50m JCT framework agreement with a major supermarket including detailed advice on insurance clauses
• Advised a contractor on the construction of a supermarket store above a railway tunnel which involved complex insurance issues
• Representing a large insurer in relation to subrogated recovery actions. In 2012 alone our team recovered in excess of £3m
• Advised a national contractor in the successful defence of a £2m claim for defective work
