Witness Appeal: Did you work with David Wrenn?


David Wrenn sadly died from the asbestos related condition, mesothelioma in May 2023.

David worked for Plessey Radar Ltd between 1965 and 1967 within the electronics department.

Following this, David worked for the construction company Pritchard Rhodes Ltd based in Twickenham between 1975 and 1977. The company completed construction and engineering work within the oil industry and gas sector in the Middle East and Algeria. David worked as a project planner within the planning team which oversaw these projects.

From 1978 until 1989, David completed work for Procon (GB) Ltd, McDermott Engineering Ltd and Brown and Root (U.K.) Ltd as a project planner within the oil industry. David spent time at a variety of large construction sites such as refineries and oil terminuses while working for the three companies. It is believed that he was exposed to asbestos while onsite.

We are looking for any former employees of these companies who can confirm how exposure arose at the time and in particular anyone who worked at these companies with or at the same time as David. If you worked with David at any point during his career and recall exposure to asbestos or have any other information relating to asbestos exposure with any of the employers listed above, please consider contacting us to assist with his claim.
